Asbury Agile events are working conferences intended for networking and collaboration in the developer community.
Attendees are expected to behave according to reasonable standards of decency and in accordance with the Golden Rule and any other nondenominational but basically rational thought process that a normal thinking person might apply to a given situation.
While at Asbury Agile events or related social networking opportunities, attendees should not engage in discriminatory or offensive speech or actions regarding gender, sexuality, race, or religion. Speakers should be especially aware of these concerns — this includes sexual or racist images in slides.
Asbury Agile does not condone any statements by speakers contrary to these standards.
Asbury Agile reserves the right to deny entrance to any individual for any reason.
Please bring any concerns to the immediate attention of the Asbury Agile event staff, or contact us at info@asburyagile.com. We thank our attendees for their help in keeping Asbury Agile events sane, welcoming, and friendly.
We will be taking photographs of the event. You grant us the right to use any photography taken of the event for the marketing of future events.
We hope you don't have to, but if you do need to cancel your seat, you must tell us at least 2 weeks before the date of the event to receive a refund. No refunds can be issued for seats that are cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event.
Sometimes plans change. You may transfer your seat to a friend or colleague, but if you wish to do so you must notify us. Just send us an email.
